Cancellations / Reschedules

👉🏻To cancel or reschedule an appointment clients are required to give a minimum of 48 hours notice.

👉🏻If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, unfortunately your holding fee will be forfeited.

👉🏻If you have provided more than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we can credit or refund your holding fee.
